Investing in People: 110 Metalworks Recognized by MACNY

110 Metalworks was honored to receive recognition at the recent MACNY Talent Development Awards as a Champion of Growth for expanding our Registered Apprenticeship Program in 2025.

We appreciate the recognition, but what makes it meaningful is what it represents. It reflects the culture our team works to build every day. A culture focused on caring about people, learning together, supporting one another, and continually improving.
Developing skilled manufacturing talent doesn’t happen overnight. It requires experienced team members willing to share their knowledge, apprentices committed to learning, and a company culture that values growth and development.

We are grateful to every member of the 110 Metalworks team who helps create an environment where people can develop their skills, build their careers, and contribute to something bigger than themselves.

We would also like to thank MACNY and the Manufacturers Talent Institute for their continued support of workforce development and manufacturing across Central New York. Programs like Registered Apprenticeship help strengthen both individual companies and the manufacturing community as a whole.

Recognition like this is about more than making parts. It reflects a team that supports one another, learns together, and understands that our success comes from helping people succeed.
